Unreceptive to solving issues. Multiple problems, some caught and fixed prior to install, some fixed after install, and still others such as extra holes drilled for the sink that we were told we would just have to fill. While I concede that our communication and oversight may have been lacking, I thought we were dealing with the pros with a reputation for being excellent. Unfortunately my experience was underwhelming and for the money, I would rather have spent it on someone willing to give me the time to make sure it was right. If you choose Rino's, make sure you keep a detailed paper trail.

Very well on time professional and when there were glitches (which always happens with renovation) they fixed it immediately no charge.

Great job, the owner is very good to consult with and get advice on countertop options to choose from, the team was very professional and punctual. Some small fixes needed to be made and they came the next day to round off some corners and replace a small bit of drywall. They use computerized cutting machinery and their slabs are exact. We would hire them again. The owner Jolene is also very professional and efficient. They also do work for some of the builders in town, so they have a lot of experience in meeting deadlines and design. Joelene also advised us on the other steps needed such as coordinating with plumbers and electricians, and the correct order to get things done.

Granite selection and installation were top notch. Our second job with Rino's. The showroom staff is very accommodating (thanks Jolene !), and the cutting/installation was first rate. I tried to micromanage the cut, which they allowed to some degree, but I wasn't there when they actually made the cuts. No worries; they did a superb job of maintaining the flow at the seam. James showed me where he matched up the darker and lighter mineralogy, obviously proud of his work (nice job!). Varan and Ron were very conscientious on getting the slabs in neatly. Ron insisted on cinching the cabinets up to the granite (notching the granite for a custom fit) even though I said it wasn't necessary as the backsplash would cover the gap. It looks great! He even fixed an uneven cabinet door that had been bugging us. A true carpentero ! Kudos all around !

Provided samples and explained options then provided quotes. On the day the template was scheduled James arrived on time, discussed the project with us, measured and confirmed install date. On scheduled install day Vernon & Ron arrived and got right to work. They were polite, answered our questions and got the job done. It is nice to do business with a company that is professional and gets the job done on time.

It went better than expected. The granite slab I selected made it safely to Anchorage. Ryan was on time to take measurements. Martha kept me fully informed every step of the way. Ryan and team showed up on time on the day the installation was to occur and installation went off without a hitch. The new countertops look fantastic!!!

From start to finish, Rino personnel have been a delight to work with. From Jolene patiently helping me choose appropriate color for my kitchen to measuring and actually installing, there were no glitches. My countertops are really lovely and the whole kitchen looks brighter.

Rino's Tile and Stone is an outstanding business. Jolene and Martha were very professional, provided great recommendations, and were really fun to work with. Their office has a large range of example products and visitors are welcome to look at slabs in the yard as well. They gave me a quote the same week I inquired. And they were also able to move up the install date once I had the newly ordered kitchen sink on hand. In addition, I saved a little money with a DIY kitchen backsplash project after the countertop install and they were very helpful with ordering material and recommendations for additional supplies. Installers were also professional and had both the kitchen and 2x bath installs done within half a day. Overall, it was a surprisingly painless process. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional kitchen and/or bathroom countertop purchase and installation.

Very nice workmanship. Got the job done in a single visit. Can hardly see the seams - the rather uniform granite we chose aided this outcome. Nice showroom. Very helpful showroom staff. One word of advice - if you are very particular (we aren't), it really helps to select a slab that they have in stock. Rhino's has quite a few slabs in their yard, but we chose one that they didn't have locally. They did send us a photograph of the slab that was in Seattle. Pictures just can't capture the real thing. We were buying a new refrigerator anyway, but switched from white to stainless when the finished product was darker than expected. Ended up buying new dishwasher and ranges as well. We're happy.

The installers were very professional. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and even helped me with a mirror that was not installed correctly by the builder. There was a slight issue with the number of sink holes for the bathrooms. They came right out and fixed the problem before the plumber was done with the kitchen sink. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by the guys.

Love the work they did and the employees. So professional and very knowledgable about what they do. The team has a great chemistry and make for an awesome company. Cody, James, Ben, Ryan, Martha, and Jolene rock!

We started searching for granite at all of the local stores. The big box stores have you pigeon-holed into their set of products. Other places wouldn't give you the time of day. Rino will let you go with whatever you desire. I even had the opportunity to pick the actual slabs that were shipped up from Seattle. Jolene and Martha were very enjoyable to work with. They were awesome!!!!!! No pressure selling. We were very satisfied with their attention to detail. On the day of the install, the granite was expertly installed. Our decision to go with Rino was based on the cleanliness of their shop and the method they use to cut their granite. Once the cabinets were installed, they came to our kitchen and used a computer to plot the dimensions and then was cut by their accurate CNC machine.

None all went well with Rino's.
