 + -1 moreManager (owner?) became abusive and loud in presence of other customers when I complained politely about failure to live up to contract. Have not been back since and would never set foot in their store.
Description of Work: Service date and amount spent is a guess -- can't remember exactly. Purchased sewing machine and took in for repair.

 + -1 moreHe quoted me $100/hr and said it would take at least 3 hours, maybe more. I knew that I could buy a brand new machine for cheaper than what he was charging. I ended up taking it to someone else who fixed it for only $82.00. I would never go back to this shop for any machine repairs.
Description of Work: I called him because I needed someone to fix my sewing machine.
