Description of Work: Moved UTV (off road vehicle) from Alaska to lower 48. I contacted local freight companies and their quotes were 2 to 3 times what I was able to achieve with Relocators and Dan. Additionally they wanted me to crate the unit which would be very expensive and difficult when the UTV can be driven right onto the truck which is what Relocators did. No comparison for someone looking for reasonably priced quality services. Unit arrived in perfect condition and on time and Dan was very professional. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Moving from my beautiful Anchorage AK. to Los Angeles, CA. I Was very concerned About finding the right company to handle My belongings with care and respect. After interviewing several different relocation and moving companies. A friend of mine recommended the company that they used to move back east, Relocators International, they were very happy with their services, and price. After the initial contact, all phone calls and messages were returned in a very prompt and timely manner. The estimator was kind and friendly and after receiving my bid it was much lower than the other of the moving companies. They were on time, for the pack and load. The crew was friendly and careful with my belongings. Is was a pleasure to tip them at the end of the day. Dan, who was in charge of my shipment, kept me informed from beginning to end. Shipment was delivered in the time frame I was given. Everything intact! The offload was quick, again crew was great! Received a follow up phone call from the owner to make sure I was happy! I had no stress! My husband and I were very happy!! Would definitely recommend this company!

Description of Work: Relocators was to move me from Fairbanks, Alaska to Michigan. I was to be provided a container which was for my use only along with packing, loading and unloading. Owner very personable upfront, promises you the world but dosnt put it in writing always wants to tell you on the telephone, no paper trail. I paid for a full service container move and insured itemized goods for a full replacement no deductible declared value. Owner broke into the container and transfered to a truck. Items arrived damaged. The owner refused to accept responsibility. He arranged with me to fly out and inspect peronally on a given date. He never showed, never cancelled nothing. I had submitted proof of damage by photos per his request. Silence for months. I had conacted the Attorney Generals of both Alaska and Washington State. He finally called an asked to settle. I ended up accepting $1600 on a $3500 claim only because I was concerned that if I didnt I wouldnt get anything. This company is to be avoided and is nothing more than a scam and a rip off.
