+ -1 moreKevin Jones was very punctual and responsive. He noticed and described problems throughout the house and had a very easy to read report describing the problems. I had questions regarding on the description of some problems and he either updated the report appropriately or described why the problem was placed in a certain section. He was knowledgeable and pleasant.
Description of Work: Provided a home inspection required by the type of home loan I was using.

+ -1 moreHe didn't pick up the major thing, such as leaking in the crawl space. Only minor thing he's noticed. Anyhow, leaking in the crawl space becomes our big headache now.
