I was very satisfied.

I have been struggling and battling with bed bugs for years at my parents home because they are elderly and can't do much on there own. Pied piper came and completly got rid of ebery bug in there home in an amazing 2 weeks. Unbelievable. So frendly and so helpful. They addressed and answered every concern I had. Well worth the price I had to pay.

Summer 2015 we put an offer on a house in the Goldenview Park Subdivision. It came back that the house had been treated for carpenter ants in the finished basement. We adjusted our offer and this company gave the selling agent a letter, on letterhead, stating that carpenter ants where not like termites and did not cause damage to homes in Anchorage. We read that letter and walked away and I noted that I would NEVER, EVER use Piped Piper! Carpenter ants are very destructive! I still cannot believe that a pest control company stated that carpenter ants are not destructive to homes!

A week after the service there were still some ants, the company remained true to its guarantee and came back. Very satisfied customer.

Thoroughly inspected my home, no sign of bugs found! Showed me what to look for in the future to monitor for them and provided info about where to go to protect my home against their damage in the event they show up.

They are very thorough.

I have been able to prevent any bugs from getting into our beds and protected our couch. We saw one bug in December, but that was it. It's impossible to know if we've gotten them all, but if they can't eat they won't reproduce. Since they can go a year without food I can't say they are gone, but they aren't keeping me awake at night waiting to get bit.

Went just fine. I was at home (though didn't need to be) - we chatted about where I had seen some ants - he proceeded to inspect outside of home, spray and left a note as to overall findings.

We found PP on Angie's list. Impressed with their honestly and integrity. We were about to do extensive painting outside and saw lots of a particular insect we'd not seen before. All snow had melted maybe 1-2 weeks prior. Called PP, and rather than wasting their or our time and $, they suggested taking a cellphone photo and sending it. They said the paint fumes would kill what we were seeing, and didn't require treating. We were impressed with interacting with them, and hope this helps someone else.

They were extremely professional and very able to accommodate my busy schedule.

I have used these services for years. These guys are responsive and will come back if you are not satisfied. But for me, they keep the carpenter ants out of my home, so even though they are not the cheapest, they are worth it.

Provider was prompt, professional and solved the problem. He was knowledgeable about the problem, answered all our questions, and gave us helpful advice for addressing future problems.

Excellent service. Will call on them again when needed.

squirrel was caught in a live trap but died in the trap.

Although we were told we had a minor infestation of cockroaches, we had to have 3 treatments over a space of about 2 months. Pied Piper told us they needed to coordinate treatment with adjoining condo units, because if they do just one side then roaches run to adjoining condo. **But we had an unresponsive neighbor. They did not respond to repeated contacts from Condo Association/Pied Piper until after the second treatment. Perhaps after the second wave of roaches from our condo hit them, they finally decided to respond to the condo association to schedule Pied Piper extermination.(smile) So finally P.P. was able to coordinate and treat both adjoining condo units on same day,which resulted in extermination of the cockroaches. When we return to Anchorage condo August 1 we will recheck for roach problem. Last check there were no roaches. smile Note: re price: condo association covers cost of extermination, and provides communication to the affected condo units. It was the unresponsive adjoining condo unit's lack of responsiveness that led to two additional treatments being required along with all the extra prep work. I lowered the overall experience to a B due to the intense preparation required for three treatments which was not the fault of Pied Piper, but due to unresponsive condo neighbors who did not give the okay for treatment of their unit until after our second treatment. P.P. provided excellent communications during the process. Would high recommend Pied Piper.

Early spring 2012 was a good time to take preventive measures. Piped Piper's office and on-site personnel were a pleasure to work with. I plan to request their service again this spring.

We have only used them twice, and we were very pleased with them. They came out and did it quickly, they weren't the least expensive, but they got rid of it because I had people that were stung.

I thought the business ower was very professional and responsive. I thought the price was a little high, which is why I didn't go with them.

They are really good. Their costs are high. Our experience with them has been good. I would use them in the future.

It was great. Because they are tenants I didn't want to have to take off work and go over and organize it so I called them up and asked them to call my tenants and organize it through them and then call me and tell me what happened and what they were able to find. They did all that and we coordinated a response and they sent me an invoice. They were very easy to work with and I was very happy with them. They are a locally owned small business which I like using. I've used them in the past. I don't use pest control very often so I thought for them going over there and the amount of time they spent the price was very reasonable. I haven't had any complaints since there. They instructed my tenants on some things they could do to keep rodents out of the property such as not leaving the dog food in a paper bag. They were very helpful and they did a very good job. I was very pleased. I would use them again; they are my go-to folks for that sort of thing.

In the end, all the important information was given, there is no confusion and I would never consider calling another Exterminator. Pied Piper has it all!
