+ -1 moreI had contacted these folks because I found out they were the company that originally installed our furnace. They came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem within minutes. They had the part in stock so he was able to go get the part and fix our furnace within the next couple of hours. Very responsive, professional, and courteous.

Description of Work: They quoted a job to install baseboard heat in my home and I accepted their quote. I asked them when they could begin and they completely blew me off though they knew I needed heat in my home. I hired another more reliable contractor.

+ 0 moreThey left a mess and any time I wanted to or I have questions about the unit where it needed to be set. They sent me downstairs that will look for this and that type and they were not helpful at all. When I had any questions or concerns, they come out and calibrate the machine, I guess, which to make sure it was working correctly.
Description of Work: I used Partusch. They put in a new humification system.

+ -1 moreFrom estimate to install they were punctual and professional. One word of caution, this operation is pretty big, so the estimater is not the guy doing the work so make sure if you want something done a specific way that you talk to the installer and make sure he is in agreement with your vision of service. We are very happy with our new boiler and will use Partusch again.
Description of Work: We had a new high efficiency boiler put in to replace an older unit . The new boiler also had a domestic water heater included. Chris came out and removed old boiler and water heater. He installed the new one very quickly and professionally. Boiler wiring and plumbing was rerouted to provide a nice clean look. We were only with out hot water for one day.
