Very poor prep work on the house prior to painting. I had to call him after they pressure washed the house because spider webs hadn't even been removed. Very poor job removing/scraping old flaking paint prior to application of new paint. I had to point out several locations where scraping needed to be done. It appears if I didn't point it out then they didn't bother to scrape. There are many locations where they sprayed directly over flaking old paint because I didn't catch it before they applied the paint.. Sure the house looks nice from the street but with the poor quality of prep work I have my doubts the paint will last 5 years even though the paint I purchased for them to apply was a high dollar lifetime warranty paint. The price paid is not the original contract amount it was adjusted to account for correction of the issues. I did not trust them to come back and correct the issues properly so I will take care of it myself.
