 + -1 moreOne of the best things about working with Mountain Ash Landscaping is that Tom, the owner, is on site and available to address any issues that arise and answer questions. While his bid was the highest of the three companies we contacted, it was also the most responsive to what we wanted, and when it came time to do the work, we were not nickle and dimed by changes to the work plan or additional materials to deal with unforeseen problems. The Mountain Ash crew was prompt, professional, highly skilled and finished our job on time. They did a fantastic job constructing a retaining wall with planter boxes from pressure treated lumber and bringing in clean fill and topsoil to expand the useable space in our backyard. The quality and workmanship was great and definitely added to the value of our home.

Description of Work: We have used Mountain Ash to landscape two new houses for us. On our current house they put in a large rock wall, paver trim on the driveway, steps with pavers and timbers on the side of the house,accent lighting, a sprinkler system, a stone fire pit in the backyard, and lawn, trees, shrubs etc. Everything is looking great 3 years later. We got bids from several different companies and Mountain Ash was the best price.

 + -1 moreI would recommend him for timber retaining walls. It was a good experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: Tom Butcher and crew tore out and replaced an old timber retaining wall. He contacted us the day of our call and came out and gave an estimate. He showed up when he said he would and he and his 4 man crew worked really hard for 3 days. We made a change to the plan adding additional steps and this was accomplished.
