Michael Schwartz

This would be my 3rd house deal with Michael. He helped me find and sell my family's first home, as well as our most recent purchase. Always on time and always willing to show houses personally at the drop of a hat. Mike has a ton of knowledge of the Anchorage market and once he got to know me & what I was looking for in a home, he lines it up and knocks it out in short order. Mike exceeded all expectation and explained every single detail of the process. Mike fully explained all possible scenarios that could come up and or delay the process which ultimately helped make it a much more pleasurable experience. Mike got us exactly what my family wanted and the appraisel on our first home & the most recent came in $10,000 above what we negotiated. I highly recomend "The Milk Man" Michael Schwartz.

Michael exceeded all expectation!! He explained every single detail of the process and was very knowledgable. Since this is our first home Michael made sure that we understood everything that was going on and if we didn't quite know what was going on he took the time and explained it to us. Micheal was helpful in not only providing homes that were what we were looking for but also helped us get exactly what we wanted. It was also nice to hear that our appraisel came in $6000 above what we negotiated for a price! On our first meeting Michael viewed our home, gave us expert advice on how to stage it properly, and carefully explained the selling process. We were continuously apprised of everything that transpired all through the process. Michael continuously studied the local market and expertly adjusted our selling price. We ended up getting multiple offers and a top market price for our home. I was impressed with Michael's expertise about the local real estate market. He even gave me a superb referall for our next home purchase in another state. He is a superb realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone that want's to buy or sell a home!

I interviewed the two realtors and choose Michael because of his understanding of the market and ease of working with him. The other realtor wanted me to travel to Anchorage to sell my home in Wasilla, that made no sense. He gave us suggestions of what needed to be done, and with only two scheduled showings our home was sold. By the way the first appointment never showed. Everything in motion and done from inspection to signing. Same day we had a offer, went to look at one home that fit our needs and put in a offer for just the right amount. Helped us deal with a weird inspection (seller's people). He did everything we needed to move within 1 day. He knows what he is doing and made this sell and purchase the easiest we have ever done!

Michael gave me accurate market info about the property and was instrumental in making the winning offer. Michael followed through with every step of the entire process making sure all repairs and paperwork was done and problem free. Michael made sure I was informed throughout the entire process. This is the second property I have purchased through Mike and will continue to utilize his services.

This was not the first time I used Michael Schwartz for a real estate transaction and it wont be the last. I have bought and sold several properties using Michael as my licensee. This transaction was performed just like the other ones, professional and thorough. After we agreed on a selling price for my property Michael went right to work exposing my property to prospective buyers. He leveraged the internet and his vast list of contacts to find a buyer in a short amount of time. I always recommend Michael Schwartz to all of my friends and family. I know I can count on him to take care of my complex real estate transactions.

Michael showed up to sign the listing contract with his 2 year-old in tow. That in itself wouldn't have been bad, but unfortunately, that's the last time we've seen him. Upon initial contact a few weeks earlier, he had run some sort of report and given me an estimate of the listing price for our home. When he came to sign the contract, he denied that he had quoted any price to me, and actually recommended a number $5000 less. We had done our research on the sale of surrounding homes and my husband and I decided to stick with the original quote. I just typed 2 paragraphs that didn't save because I timed out after stepping away. In short, we have been lied to. Michael has told the buyer agent that we caused delays that were actually due to his own incompetence. I know this because the first lie came to light when I met her during the inspection. I had to speak to the buyers agent again today when Michael gave me additional false information that I decided to confirm with her. After the fiasco today, I contacted his manager at Keller Williams. Butch Jacques agreed with the point I made and said he would make a phone call to Michael, but he basically blew me off and didn't take my complaint seriously. I will be following up with a letter to their agency as well as one to the Anchorage Board of Realtors. I'm not accusing the entire Keller Williams agency on Benson Blvd of being incompetent, but I would never recommend Michael Schwartz, who by the way, we have never seen again since signing the hiring contract.

He was very responsive, always answered our calls, and did a good job. He looked out for our best interest and got us a good price for our home. Michael is a good real estate agent.

MIke helped us out alot. We heard about him through a friend, and we decided to go with him. He is so professional, called us with any new updates, sold our house really fast. And we got almost everything we asked for. Just a wonderful guy. Even though he has a new baby he was never late to anything or to call us. We could call any time of the day and he would respond. We had alot of questions and were nervous at first but he helped us understand everything in a way we could comprehend. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs to sell or buy. Once again i cant express how great of an agent he is.
