NEVER USE THESE GUYS.

I called and made appointment. The lady who took my info was very polite and professional. I took car to shop morning of appointment. I was told it would be completed by 3pm that afternoon. I received call at 2pm to advise me my car was ready to pickup. When I arrived the man at front counter explained to me how to operate the auto start. He also told me if I have questions later to contact him. Auto start works great!

After some initial confusion about the date of my appointment I was informed that a product that was to cost approximately $600 could not be used on my car and that the cost would be approximately $800. The implication was that I had not informed them that my car was a diesel and would therefore cost more when in fact I had spent quite some time discussing this aspect of the transaction with the salesman when setting up my appointment as I had been under the assumption that a remote start was not compatible with my car. Other than that the transaction went satisfactorily. If I deal with this company in the future it will be with a prior written quote.

One hour delay in completing work, but simply called ahead and learned of delay before leaving to pick up. already discussed calling ahead when dropping off vehicle for work. Overall experience was good. No unpleasant surprises.

This was a simple auto start install. It cost about $400.00 or so. When we left and got on the highway I noticed we no longer had cruise control. I took it back and they refused to fix it. I took it to Suburu dealer and they wouldn't look at it until the autostart was removed. After I had MGM remove it, Suburu said a wire had been cut under the dash. MGM refused to admit that they'd cut it. The whole experience cost me an additional $750.00 because of this cut wire. MGM charged me to take it out and reinstall it, and Suburu charged me for the inspection. Total $750.00 I had cruise control when i went in there and didn't when I left. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything.

OK. Price was more (~$150) than estimate, but provider reported unexpected difficulty wiring towing package.
