Description of Work: Buying our first Alaska home from Merit was a great experience. For a large builder they provided attention that I would expect more from a smaller company that had to have the business. Rudy in particular was great to work with. We love the home and when we decide to move to a larger home we will be looking to Merit as our first choice.

+ -1 moreWe never built a home before and all I can say is that, we’re just very happy with it, it’s unbelievable, they were fast, incredibly thorough and I was so impressed with the quality of construction. They also have a very good attention to details, the crew is very professional, they have extremely high standards and I would recommend them to everybody.
