Marathon Flooring Installation

way too many excuses as to why the project took way too long to complete, did not float the kitchen floor and it has low spots everywhere that you can feel when walking on it. Have been trying to get an invoice that reads so that someone can understand through out the entire job, still none. still has not finished the job and has been paid.

On August 4th I posted on provider's website via angies list. Provider left me a message on the 5th and stated he would contact me that evening. Never contacted me that evening or after, waited for call so I could schedule meeting for estimate. Never came. 2 days with no contact. If provider too busy, they should call and inform.

He is awesome! Not only do the floors look beautiful, but David does his work for a great price! It was a total of about 1700 square feet at $2/sq.ft. and $40 per stair. That was the most reasonably priced installation that I found, especially for such quality work. Other installers had quoted me for anywhere between $3-$4/sq.ft. Don't be skeptical because of the better price... he takes pride in his work and it shows. Plus he gave us tons of tips for removing the particle board below our vinyl kitchen flooring and lent us his tools while we were tearing everything out. We had also bought the wrong transitions, and he took them back to the store himself and traded them for the correct ones. As far as timing, he showed up exactly when he said he would and he worked all day, finishing our entire house in just 2.5 days. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be happier.

Marathon flooring had to reschedule once based on illness, but I was able to work around it. They arrived on time and started working immediately. They leveled out the kitchen floor and made sure to remove all the old vinyl. They even replaced the old water valves in the bathrooms to better functioning valves and hoses. I love the floors and plan to use them again in the future.

They were on time, prepared, made sure the product and work was satisfactory, and cleaned up their mess. We would recommend Marathon flooring to our friends and neighbors.

They answered all of my questions and made some recommendations for additional flooring. I was very happy with them and am having them do the rest of my floors next month!
