Smooth and fast. Mark was very thorough and knowledgeable about code and the job he needed to do. He was fine with us doing the demo and any other money saving things we could do. His communication is excellent and he is punctual. Very easy to get along with. Also, his quote was very accurate to the final cost. I highly recommend Mark to anyone and we will hire him in the future.

The old 50 gallon hot water heater needed to be replaced. Mark took the time to level the installation platform, corrected a deficiency in the seismic strapping, and installed the new heater to code. He also went down in the crawl space to show me the location of the anti-sweat mixing valve that is defective and will need replacing. Very friendly and easy to work with.

It is a family owned business. The price is reasonable. They’re really helpful if you have a question or something. The guy is friendly, is very kind and will let you know if there is anything else that needs to be done, and other things you want to be done.It was my first time.

Great had tenant mention a problem of natural gas Smell in the garage I could not smell it they came out found the problem fixed it quickly. Couldn't ask for quicker or better service. And we didn't get gouged and told we needed to buy a new boiler like we were told by another person we had come and do a annual furnace boiler inspection. Ok pang has also replaced hot water heaters for us twice in different locations dishwasher microwave and repaired frozen pipes that burst after someone left our garage door open in the middle of January So to sum it up great service

Phenomenal all around! Larry was very helpful on the phone in the days prior, and suggested ways of handling it ourselves as well as offering insight on other plumbing-related issues. He said that Anthony would call ASAP, and the next day Anthony did and was able to come over in short order. Anthony is a consummate professional and got our dishwasher situated perfectly and got our air gap working well once more - very, very impressed by them and we will not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

Mark is a very friendly, great troubleshooter of a plumber! He fit me in sooner than I had planned and called before he came out. He figured out my problem, explained what was wrong, gave me some advice on future options (I should probably buy a new tub....) and had the part I needed for the lower bathroom too, after figuring out why the shower wasn't working. He helped with providing the name of another professional that he worked with also. Definitely I would recommend Mark of Lorenzo's plumbing and felt he was forthright, honest and very competent in his field!

Mark of Lorenzo Enterprises correctly identified the problem (At purchase, inspecting engineer advised this was a code violation and could become a problem in the future). He was right. Anyway, Mark identified the problem and corrected all the drain and piping runs to eliminate the problem. After successfully fixing the problem, Mark returned a couple of days later to replace the drywall and patch the holes that were made under the sink and behind the dishwasher to get to the primary drain pipe. All in all, it took about 3 hours. With parts the cost was a little of $300.

Very impressed with Lorenzo Enterprises. Left a voicemail to schedule an appointment in the late afternoon. My call was returned first thing the next morning. A repair technician called me back approximately two hours later to schedule a specific day/time. Lucky for me, Anthony was able to assist me the same day. Anthony was very friendly and professional. He arrived early and went right to work. He finished the job quickly. He also explained the problem to me and helped me understand how I could avoid the creating the problem again in the future. I highly recommend Lorenzo Enterprises and would do business with them again without hesitation!

The plumber called the day before and ask if a appointment time between 11:30 and 12:30 the next day would work. I agreed. He said he'd call before coming over. He called an hour before our scheduled appt. and said he'd finished up his previous job early, and ask if he could head over to my place now, and I said come on over. The plumber (Anthony L.) showed up within 15 minutes, with a smile on his face, and his tool bag in his hand. After exchanging pleasantries, I showed him the new faucet I wanted to replace, and he went right to work. It took him about 15 minutes to complete the job; he called me down, went over the installation, did a leak check for me, and discussed how to maintain the new faucet. It was quick, painless, and he was very professional and courteous. I had a 5% coupon I printed off the Angie List website, which he happily deducted from my bill. Job well done.

When shopping for this service, Lorenzo's response was immediate, professional and most importantly, educational. There were some complicating issues with AWWU, and Lorenzo's patience and professionalism exceeded expectations. They also provided exceptional consultation with other plumbing issues/projects we need to address and budget.

Lorenzo Enterprises did a great job. They had to work around and fix the previous plumbers mistakes, but did an awesome job. They came out on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do and gave a great estimate on the work.

The job went perfectly. Mark responded promptly and gave a fair estimate of the work to be done. Everything was done in a first rate style. Mark frequently contacted me with updates and/or questions. He made sure I approved all the work as it progressed. Mark and Larry were both friendly and professional. When there was a glitch in my credit card Larry simply called me back and waited for payment while I cleared up the problem. I have already recommended this company to friends. I would definetly use them if I have needs in the future.

Mark was very professional but friendly and gave excellent advice. My duplex already had two furnaces and two hot water heaters but was never plumbed for two gas meters. I got a good reference for Mark so called him and he got everything connected plus installed a garage heater I now needed as well.

Mark is extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about his field. He spent the time that was needed and didn't make me feel like he was rushed for time. I will call on Mark from this company in the future and recommend them to my family, friends and clients if they ever need plumbing work done. I am totally impressed. I certainly wish all companies were above board as this one is. The price was under $300 bucks which was less than expected for the amount of time he was here.

They also consulted us on two other issues. One was just to confirm a leaky toilet flapper which we replaced ourselves. Other is a pipe knocking within the walls of our house. The problem was well explained an we were given several ideas on how to address it ourselves without removing walls. We saved a lot of money by taking advice on how to correct both problems ourselves.

He got it all done in a day and the price was excellent in our opinion. He also did work on our boiler at another property and we were very satisfied with that, too. Responded to our calls in a timely manner which we really appreciated. We will call on this business again for sure.
