My experience with them was excellent. The prices are reasonable. The work is excellent. They are detail oriented so they really did the job quite satisfactorily. They just did not miss anything. The price was kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for, and they did a very good job.

This work was done a few years ago on a previous house and I would not hesitate to have him come back for other general carpentry and construction needs around the residence. He is professional and talented.

John and his helper were knowledgeable, punctual, polite, pleasant, and competent. They arrived when they said they would to estimate the cost of the repairs, performed those tasks well, and confirmed that everything was done to my satisfaction. Initially, I thought the bid was a bit high, but I changed my mind about that. I would definitely hire Lindemann's again.

When I first called, he said he was out of town helping an ill relative and could I call him the following week when he would be home and have an open schedule. When I called he arranged to come give an estimate promptly. He toured the house and said he'd call us the next day. He didn't call and since he knew we were in a rush (occupying the property in a week and wanted to have it done prior) we figured he was passing on the job. However he did call a few days later and said that he could do the job, so we went ahead with the estimate he gave. Although we had asked him to estimate the cost of texturing and painting over the wallpaper, he persuaded us to let him to a test to see how easily he could remove it instead, saying that it would be a higher quality job for us in the long run would last longer and create fewer problems potentially. His estimate for removal was very reasonable compared to going the less expensive route, so we did that. He found that water had creeped under the paper in places and caused mildew which made us glad we had followed his advice on removal. It took him a little extra time because he had to mud the wall to build it up where there was damage but he did not charge extra for the extra supplies. He and another worker performed all the work in two days and met the original deadline, and it looks great. They cleaned up after themselves and he even adjusted the front door lock that was sticking so that it would work without charging extra or even being asked to. Overall really enjoyed working with him and plan to have him come back to do another job for us.

I've had Rob come over a couple other times, to fix other problems in my house in the past. So when I decided to find someone to build me a new deck, I thought of Rob. And he came through.

We saw his info on Angie's list; looked good. We called and left message. He waited 1 1/2 weeks to call back. We made an appointment for him to come give us an estimate. Never showed up, never called back. We called and left message to no avail.

Came when scheduled; told me what they were going to do and when; results look great

They did an excellent job on ordering five large windows, installing them by having to cut openings in the house wall to make them fit. This was the most impressive part. The windows fit exact, beautiful finished look to them. They are beautiful! The sheetrocking under the staircase is a very beautiful job also. Completely professional. Very tough in such a small space. The garage door opener is just perfect, done very professional. The home was completely cleaned up after their work. Very impressive!!!

We called several people from Angie's List and several of them were too busy for our smaller job. Rob returned the call right away, was clear about when he could do it (which was in a month or so after the call, which didn't bother us), and came when he was expected. The fence looks even better than what we expected. Rob is dependable and professional. I would recommend him highly and intend to use him again if I have projects that he could do.

They were fine. I had no problems at all. Their price was competitive. They were pretty responsive and punctual.

He was really quick. At first, he was late but then he came several different times and did some finishing.

It went pretty smooth. Rob has done work for me before, and as always he and his helper did a great job!

I had a big leaky drip coming from the faucet in a bathtub. He came and looked at it and thought that the repair would require welding off a ring that was very rusted. This could possibly require busting a hole in the wall as well. Which meant later replacing the tiles. Since the owner of the house was out of town he wasn't comfortable with doing this without her being present. I asked him how much he thought it would cost for the repairs and he said close to $600. I called around and found an actual plumbing company who came and did the work for only $160 because all they had to do was put something around the ring to loosen it and they were able to get it off. So if someone is needing someone to do a major plumbing repair, I don't advise calling Mr. Lindeman. Like I said before I'll probably call him again for minor problems. :)

It took two days to paint and now my house looks great!

I called 4 companies and he was the one that I went with. I will use him again in the future.

i contacted lindemann's services almost a month ago and he called once stating spenard builders supply not having windows.

FABULOUS! Rob was wonderful to work with - he's pleasant, professional, flexible, thorough, and just generally a gem to work with. I highly recommend Rob for anything that you need! He approaches his work very professionally and stands by his work. He even came back to our house and re-built the fenced are for our dog run because we weren't happy with how the first stain turned out. He's amazing!!!

Had to order,nor standard size, when they came in, install right away and they were perfect and very good price.

Rob was on time for our consulation, very impressed, with history and price. He did flooring, tile,2 new bathrooms and many more little things most contractors would not have done. My condo is beatiuful.I trust Rob compleatly, he takes pride in his work.

I think I said it all in the above statement. They are known to be very talented with wood and I would agree. They especially used a lot of artistic ability in fitting the pieces together. Everyone who has seen our floors comments on that. I would highly recommend this company to everyone!
