+ -1 moreMartin came highly recommended. He was very open to our choices, and began punctually. When he discovered a structural issue that wouldrequireahighercost and Municipal permits, we agreed. He resumed the work, cared floral of the requirements, and left usa beautiful new look.

+ -1 moreHe did it promptly. He did a great job. We had a gentleman's agreement. I would consider using him for other purposes.
Description of Work: He did some work for me. He was shoveling snow off of roofs. We were having leaks and ice jams with the snow. I own six rental properties, and he did them all.
