He was recommended by the Real Estate agent. Larry Knox was his name. He did the interior painting. He did the entire house, the interior. He was the best estimate that we had. He came in and did exactly what he said. He in fact painted the back, besides the interior house. The only bad thing was he was slower, didn't finish when he said he could, but in his defense he also had some help problems with his company, he had to let some people go. So he was short staffed and would up doing the whole thing by himself. He did what he said he would do. No problem with clean up except for windows, he got some paint on the windows that he didn't clean up. It was all of the interior walls in the house. He did it all by himself and that's why he wound up going over.
