+ 2 moreKand K is thoroughly professional, punctual, and skilled. In past years he designed and built an extraordinary deck, front steps, handrail, and difficult plumbing remediation.
Description of Work: Rip and replace most of our bathroom. I attribute the complex projects timely success to K&K's excellent judgment and impeccable craftsmanship. K&K recommended and coordinated with excellent drywall and tiling contractors to minimize our cost and the duration of the project. He also "went the extra mile" to minimize loss of use of the toilet, since we have only one bathroom!

+ -1 moreK and K Services provides excellent service. Kim, the owner, works with the client in determining the scope of the work and researches the materials and best practices to be used on the job. He is very organized and responsive, punctual, reliable, trustworthy, pays attention to details and takes pride in his work. He takes pains to minimize the disruption of the construction and repair work to the homeowner and works to keep the work area as clean and free of dust and debris as possible. We also used K and K Services to coordinate the work of other contractors used to install tile, repair sheetrock, replace windows, paint and install exterior siding and gutters and he did an outstanding job in managing schedules and looking after our interests.
Description of Work: We have used the services of K & K Services since 2006. In the last two years, I have contracted with K & K Services to have 3 bathrooms and a laundry room renovated, along with a number of miscellaneous repairs.
