Hayes Quality Painting

My wife and I are out of state, everything has been done over the phone. Miles has been up-front and honest, doing quality work in a timely fashion. He has also been very good about sending pictures every step of the way. We are not done remodeling and will continue to use Hayes Quality Paint for any of our other projects coming up. They were also able to help us get other trades ( plumbing...etc.) involved. It is been nice having someone you can trust remodeling your house, especially when your not able to be there.

Hayes Painting did a fantastic job painting my house exterior. Miles, the owner, is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills. He is on top of his team and asked every day if I had questions or concerns. The quality of the work is impeccable, and the crew was careful and respectful of the house and yard. The company can also provide other services - I'm having them put gutters on a side of my house that doesn't have them. Call them - you won't be sorry!

I love my new paint job!! Miles and Griff were professional and courteous and trustworthy. This is my 1st time hiring professional paint contractor. Miles and I did a walkthrough and I had a bid shortly after. I asked for a few â add onâ change orders, he got back quickly with price and time estimate. Griff was great, he explained processes, what would be taking place and was very patient with my questions. Both were clean and professional. My interior paint job was done in October and completer on time. construction season was tapering off, if you want interior work performed I suggest early spring / late fall when schedules arenâ t crazy and changes might be easier accommodated. FYI he does not choose paint colors. Have them ready before the job start!

Miles was a real pleasure to work with and incredibly flexible with customer service. He made himself available under strict timelines and worked great around our schedule, and all at the best value we found. He has his team did the whole interior paint including garage and it looks great!!!

The paintwork was good and Miles appeared to be very service orientated but there were unfinished things that he repeatedly promised to come back to do. He made excuses and never returned. Disappointing as he talked a good game. We had paid him in full so guess that is why he never showed up to complete what had been promised.

The exterior of our house has never looked better! Weâ re incredibly happy with the quality of work and the attention to detail Miles and Griffin provided. They were friendly, professional, and had good communication through out the entire job. I would not hesitate to recommend Hayes Quality Painting and will definitely be using them again!

Hayes quality painting offers a superior experience from start to finish. I requested a custom paint job throughout my entire home, with intricate specifications, and their work was outstanding. 10 separate paint colors, 2 different trim colors. They did it allâ ¦They provided prompt and open communication throughout the entirety of the job. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Excellent painters, thoughtful advisors, and completed the work within the time contracted. Miles and Griffin were always helpful and respectful. They are trustworthy and people you are glad to have in your home. Two days following completion of painting our downstairs including a soaring ceiling we hosted a dinner and enjoyed the “wows” of our guests. Miles and his employees did an absolutely incredible job on our home remodel. He guided us through what to expect, selection of paints and stains, what to expect, and what to do to make this custom executive home look brand new and ready for sale. From estimating costs and time, to job prep, painting and staining inside and out, and clean up, everything was done with attention to detail, excellence in application and results of the job. He and the young men he employs were totally professional, courteous, efficient, and extremely competent. None of their work ever had to be corrected. Miles even arranged for other contractors we needed, taking stress off of us and reducing our work load. They even helped us move furniture to make preparation easier. Miles went beyond our expectations to make this major undertaking in a home we have been in for 35 years, as easy to accomplish as possible. The results are AMAZING. KUDOS also to Miles for training, mentoring, and developing our future workforce. The work of these young men stands up to and exceeds that of anyone else we have ever used to do work on our home. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This guy Miles was in my home (almost empty home because we had not moved in yet) for almost a month and still did not finish the job. He stated that he was 97% finish but it was SO MUCH UNFINISHED work that needed to be done. He walked away from the job without finishing. He promised me that it would take about a week to finish the job. He blamed his not finishing the job on the floor installers (took them a week to finish) and the cabinet guys ( took him a day and a half to finish), which was not the case. The problem was that he had 18-year-old painting and not being supervised. Miles is all talk so BE AWARE when looking for a QUALITY PAINTER! All I got from him is excuses every time I brought up a concern to him. My house looks like KIDS painted it! Now I have lost a month of my time, money and still have to hire someone to REPAINT my home.

Miles and team handled my project extremely professionally. The quality of workmanship was top-notch. He made many suggestions throughout the job to improve the final product, like a professional should. I would and will have no problems seeking him out again for future painting.

I couldn t be happier with the work I had done! I m so happy with the results I plan to use them for future projects. The process of finding a good contractor to repair earthquake damage in my house was completely overwhelming. I d heard so many stories of negative outcomes from friends and coworkers, I was really worried about finding the right company. It couldn t have turned out better! From the start, I knew I was in good hands. I had an estimate within a day or two of our first walk through and the work was started as soon as I could get ready. Everything went as planned, came in right on the agreed budget, and looks awesome! Everyone associated with this job was friendly and professional, and I really appreciated their expertise when it came to making decisions. They worked with me to make sure I got just what I wanted, and were flexible when scheduling challenges came about. I had read previous ratings on this site, one which was less than encouraging, but decided to take a chance based on the first interaction we had. I m so glad I did! I had none of the same issues with them. The work was quality, the communication was clear and appropriate, and I would encourage anyone needing painting and wall repairs done to hire them. It was well worth the money and has transformed my home. I look forward to working with them again.

Detail-oriented. Takes his time. Makes sure job is done right. Really wants to make sure clients are happy. He did a great job to read my reaction. He cares what you have to say. Gets a great feel for the customer to make sure they are happy. I will be hiring him again this year!

Do not hire this company, this was the worst painting I have ever seen. Did not honor time frame in which job was to be completed, shoddy work any way you look at it. Cut in work around ceiling in completed rooms contained less paint than walls, so you could see all cut in area throughout my home. Did not paint some areas and probably thought I would not notice. My ceiling had roller lines and some areas were not painted. Wall areas along my banister where not painted at all. Nail hole repair was horrible, just filled with silicone and did not try to blend into texture of wall than painted over so I had a lot of flat blotches on the wall that stood out. He refused to return some of my doors he took to paint off site, until he retrieved some equipment he left at my home. I tried to schedule several times for exchanging of items and he was never available. The day he showed up at my home pick up his equipment he did not have my door. He used an associate of his that was completing some minor work at my home as a spy, to inform him of when he would be coming to my home, so he could show up at the same time which, was very unprofessional. What really made this experience a horror show was the unprofessional, contradictory, combative and condescending attitude he presenting during our walk through to try and resolve the issues I was having. During the walk through I was constantly being told It was "inappropriate" for me to comment on the things that was not completed and on any areas I had questions about whether is was painted or not. So in the end our working relationship had to end.

Pricing was competitive, I would not hesitate to use him again in the future!
