Absolutely outstanding experience. Aaron arrived on time, quickly provided what I thought to be a reasonable estimate and then honored the 10% coupon that we had received in the mail. The date and time were scheduled around our convenience, not his. When that day came, he arrived on time and repaired all 3 areas within the time that he had estimated. The workmanship was outstanding. The tile floors look as though they are brand new. I was so impressed that I gave him back the discount from the coupon. It was an outstanding experience all around. Respectful, polite and punctual. Wish all contractors were that way. Strongly recommend him with any type of tile/grout repair. It was the best $365 that i have spent in a long while.

He was very good. I was impressed because I had asked him to look at the grout and around my tub to see if it needed a special cleaner, which he didn't think it did. He suggested some good cleaners I could use that were non toxic.

I needed some flaking grout replaced due to a previous tile job gone wrong (by another business; see my reviews) I got a coupon in the mail for this business, so I thought why not? Couldn't be worse than the last guy! I called the number and Aaron responded and came immediately to look at the job. He gave me a bid and we made an appointment for 5 days later. He showed up right on time and took out the flaky grout, installed a new tile to replace a broken one, and replaced the grout.. The procedure was done in several steps to allow the product to dry. It looks great.

Called Aaron Daniels to get an estimate for regrouting tiles around a bathtub and a shower stall. He came by and gave me the price and said it would take a day to pull the old grout off and recaulk and clean up. I let him in on the morning scheduled and had to go out. My son and mother were in the house but stayed out of his way. By the time I got back, four hours later, he was 'done', gone. I later found out that within the hour he had already cashed the check I gave to my mother to hold onto in the event I was delayed. He had ultimately grouted over the old grout instead of removing it. The walls above and next to the tile edge had grout residue all over it. My tub and shower pan had dried clumps of grout that dried to the consistency of concrete. The floors of the bathroom had grout residue and powder next to the tub and shower. His caulking technique was unsightly. On closer examination, the grout had bubbles that 'popped' after it dried leaving the old grout showing underneath. When I called the number I got a voicemail message. He called me back after the fifth message in two days. I got assurances that he'd come back to see what I was complaining about but never did. Subsequent phone calls were never returned. I wound up cleaning off the walls, touching up the grout in the spots that were messed up and recaulking myself. I'm kicking myself for not taking the time to go to civil court to get my money back.

He completed about 85% of the work. He did not bring the tile with him to replace the loose one. We then scheduled an appointment to finish the work and he did not show up to that appointment. Since that time, we have tried calling multiple times and he will not return any of our calls. All of our phone calls get forwarded to the corporate line. The work is supposed to be supported with a one year warranty. I can't imagine how this would work out because I can't even get them to finish this correctly much less fix a problem.

The quote was for 3 hours work. I was surprised that this included one hour waiting in the car/truck while the group dried. I asked if he could repair the edging along the countertop. The wood was separating from the countertop He agreed to do that. The nails he selected to use split the wood at every location. Since then the wood has reseparated.

When he was done I had several chipped and broken tiles. I had silicon that was put on over grout residue. I asked him to come out and repair what he had done for 3 appointments; he cancelled all of them for some excuse. I am taking him to small claims court.
