I picked an arrangement called "Pretty in Pink", since pink is my daughters favorite color. She sent me a picture of the flowers and I have to say, I was extremely dissappointed. There was not one single stem of pink in the whole arrangement! Also, it looked absolutely nothing like the photo I selected! There were 2 yellow and 2 red roses and a few yellow carnations. It was in a word "ugly". I sent an email to the website and was told that the vendor (Flowers by June), would offer me a $5 coupon. When I declined it the customer rep said she would get back to me with a resolution, but never did. I don't think the vendor Flowers by June, should ignore the photo's on the FTD websites if they are going to be providing the local service for the websites. Flower that are sent to someone else are notoriously a giant rip off alot of times since the purchaser cannot see the actual goods. This time, they were called on it and they still wouldn't do the right thing and refund the purchase. I even sent a picture for them to compare to the FDT photo. Hopefully, the websites will get enough complaints and stop using "Flowers by June".
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for my daughter on Mother's Day. I used a website that advertises FTD flowers.
