Contractor provided us with a competitive bid and worked with us on the schedule (all work had to be completed before a wedding we were hosting). Personnel were professional and cleaned up after themselves every day. Work was completed on time. Minor problems were quickly addressed. I would hire them again.

Had water dripping from bath fan / breaker tripped from moisture pulled down bath fan and noticed moisture on underside of roof. Called two roofers on Angies list and left messages. Called E/P roofing they said foreman would stop by and take a look. Mike showed up within the hour and took a look inside and then went up on the roof to inspect. Said the bath vent pipe needed to be replaced and some of the other penetrations needed to be resealed , they would check all penetrations when they were up there. He was very knowledgable and wanted to know the type of reflective coating used on the roof so they would be able to use a compatable product for good adhesion. He said he could have two men out the next morning possibly to do the job . Two men showed up at 9 am and discussed the scope of the job and were up on the roof and working away quickly , double checked with me on how far inside the ceiling I wanted the new pipe & where done in a couple hours and told me what they found & repaired before they left. I've been trying for two years to get a roofer to replace some screws in our metal roof on a house we own in the Valley and have contacted 4 different roofing companies and still no luck, it was definitely a nice change with the quick response of E/P roofing !! Got rid of all my other roofing company numbers - highly recommend E/P Roofing

Our shingles were 20+ years old and showed signs of age. A neighbor had their house done earlier in the summer, and I was impressed by the work done (watched the workers and the final product.) So I talked with the neighbor, and got the reference to E/P. Estimator came out to look at the roof and see if there were any other issues. Only the re-shingling and replacing vents were needed. I was very surprised that the work could be done relatively quickly. Due to the short outside season in Anchorage, one schedules early rather than mid-summer. But the weather was good, jobs were getting done more quickly, and E/P was able to start in early August. I wanted to keep the original color, and E/P guided me to the outside display the local vendor had of various shingles. This helped immensely in confirming the matching color. Plus I decided to upgrade and include algae protection. Algae had grown on parts of the roof. Originally scheduled for 3 days, the total job (removal of old shingles and installation of new) went very well and was done in one day (Long hours of sunlight helped.) Cleanup included removal of all old shingles, plus inspecting the ground for any large shingle brads after the work was done. Cleanup was good. I did find some small bits of shingling within our tall plant garden later, but nothing major; and the garden was not damaged by the work. The crew chief and crew were all courteous and professional. E/P took care of the warranty, et al. I thought I had done this review earlier; but by waiting I could verify the job has held up through the past months. The roof looks so much better.

Once they showed-up it went well. They got in and did the fix and were gone within three hours.

Will find out next spring after the thaw.

A slight delay of two days to start do to other project schedules. Excellent remove, preparation, and installation. Excellent relation with agent and crew chief.

E/P arrived very quickly at my house after being contacted, and they proceeded to remove the d*** from my roof very quickly. In less then an hour it was gone. They cleaned up all ice that was removed, and I was very pleased with their work.

E/P is busy - a good sign. They maintain a client list and do small jobs like mine as time allows. An estimator came to my home 3 or 4 days after I called. They had a cancellation and a representative (Nick) walked on the roof with me and thoroughly examined existing individual vents and ridge vents add provided an estimate - an estimate that proved to be higher than the actual cost. All in all - a very professional and reasonable service provided.
