Envirocare Professional Cleaning

We've used Envirocare for the past several years for cleaning the carpets in our 4000+ square foot house. Wade is exceptionally professional and thorough, and we've always been satisfied.
PRICE: This year, I shopped around after receiving a coupon in the mail, and found his services to be better priced even without a coupon. He usually adds in a small bonus, like free stairs, or area rug cleaning. Our house is large, so total cost reflects that. Invoices are clear, easy-to-read, no hidden costs or hard-to-understand lingo.
QUALITY: Great! Gets our 14 year old carpet looking almost new. And smelling good, too. Never sopping wet.
PETS: We have indoor cats, and he takes extra care cleaning their heavy-use areas using a very effective special product. Wade has never accidentally let them slip outdoors (as had happened with other contractors.)
PROFESSIONALISM: Very trustworthy and professional. Wade is often available within short notice. He shows up on time, is easy to have moving around the house, and checks in with suggestions and questions throughout the job.

Wade came over to clean our sofa and armchair, both of which had been heavily soiled by our moving company when we relocated to AK last summer. He did an amazing job with both pieces, and I was thoroughly impressed and really appreciated his attention to detail. He was veryprofessional and courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or call him again should the need arise.
