I saw the ecoplow truck driving down the street, saw them pull into a few of my neighbors drive. The truck is hard to miss (lime green!) and it had snowed 8" the night before. I was running late for work so I flagged them down to get my driveway done. The driver was really nice. He gave me a brochure explaining exactly what it was that made them different from the rest, plowed my drive in less than 15 minutes, then got out and shoveled my walkway because he "didn't want me to have to trudge through it." He didn't even want to charge me for the shoveling. Talk about customer service! That's when I realized, the whole truck was running on kitchen grease, not diesel. I read the whole brochure and have done some research, they are the only company that specializes in Eco-friendly snow removal in the U.S. I have since signed a contract for the 2010-2011 season with them. Excellent customer service, awesome prices, safe for my kids, and good for the earth. These guys rock ~Tiffanie~
