+ -1 moreChanging grade to D.Lock was not opening properly. Was locked out several times. Don did return on a Sun and worked on lock for 2 hours, changing parts, which was probably not a good idea, and then going back to original. Just don't think this was professional. Never had problem like this with other locksmiths. Never again! Feel I will need new lock to feel secure.
Description of Work: Provider returned due to problem with lock he worked on. I was locked out several times. Here 2 hours, trying different parts, then back to original parts, unlike any locksmith I have had before. Do not feel secure with work done, length of time here. Just very unhappy with work done and never again! Lock worked fine prior to rekeying.

+ -1 moreRekeyed 2 locks same day I called and left message. He called back in a couple hours. Told him what time I got home from work. He said to call when I got home and he'd be over. Very satisfied customer!
Description of Work: Rekeyed 2 locks. Service same day I called and left message. He called back in couple hours and came when I got home from work. Would definitely use again.

+ -1 moreVery positive experience. On 3/7/2013 I called 4 locksmiths listed in the phone book. 2 were priced at 93.00, one has not returned my call, and Don quoted a price of 65.00. Needless to say, I chose the one for 65.00. Very glad I did. Don arrived on the stated time, quickly performed the service, plus was professional and friendly. Great service for a great price.
