+ -1 more1. Contractor left notices for 8 tenants in 2 locations. 2. Although they normally power-wash the asphalt surface to remove dirt and loose asphalt, they noted that both properties had depressions which would hold water, so they used high-pressure air to thoroughly clean the asphalt for good adhesion of sealing product. 3. Before sealing, provided walking paths for tenants whose only means of access was across asphalt being sealed; after large areas had cured, Contractor came back and sealed the walking paths. 4. Contractor was able to work around 3 rain storms to complete all work which was requested with no supervision required.
Description of Work: For two separate residential rental properties, the Contractor did seal coating of aging asphalt.
