 + -1 moreI initially called another plumbing contractor and they referred me to Denali Sewer and Drain. After making contact with them they told me they could come within a few hours but it may be after their regular hours. Isaac showed up after calling to say he was in the area. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within a very short time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will call them again for all my plumbing needs. I will gladly recommend this company to my friends, family and colleagues.
Description of Work: Our downstairs floor drain overflowed in the late morning. The sewer line was plugged and all drains in the house were flowing onto the basement floor.

 + -1 moreThey responded quickly on a holiday weekend. They determined there was a severe clog (tree roots) about 70 out from house. They worked directly with the muni, provided video and walked me through the reimbursement process because it was on city property. There were no guarantees that it would be covered but they told me who to contact and provided the video to the muni.
Description of Work: Snaked and scoped the line with a camera.

 + -1 moreResponded within an hour of the call. Seventy feet of snake cleared the drain. Employee very nice and informative with what he was doing. Fast and efficient. An hour later I was finishing the laundry.
Description of Work: Saturday morning laundry effort -- and shoot -- the drain backed up.
