Cutting Edge Enterprises

This company took over for Froening Services lawn & snow removal. I tried calling numerous times but got a message saying the number had not been connected yet. I finally called Froening Services & found out the number they gave was wrong. I called the new number & left a message for them to call about scheduling a fall cleanup. Then called about a week later to followup since I hadn't heard anything back. After the third call, I stated if I didn't hear back from them I was going to find another company. I called Froening Services to see if they could suggest another company & Kurt stated he would look into my problem & get back with me. Kurt called back within the hour & stated I had an appoint for that Friday (it was Tuesday) for them to come & do the work. I then called Cutting Edge & yet left another message stating what I wanted done, that I was going to be in Wasilla/Palmer all day on Friday, and my cell number if they needed to contact me. So while finishing lunch on that Friday (19 Oct), I get a message from Jonathan stating they were unable to work on my yard because "the leaves are frozen" and they would try again on Monday. Monday came & went with a no show & no call. Tuesday came & they called to say that they didn't know how much they were going to get done because the leaves were frozen even more & the way they clean them up is to mow over them. I re-iterated the wanting of the moose wrap for my crabapple tree and the desire to get ALL the lawn debris cleaned up (branches, leaves, flowerbeds, etc). Because I didn't get home until after dark, I didn't see the work until Wednesday evening. I was not a happy person. The leaves were still against the fence & house, only "mowed" in the grass areas. Some of the branches had been removed but the ones that I had moved to the side of the driveway were still there. The crabapple tree was moose wapped but the top branches are sticking out & over the wrap thus available for the moose to eat. They were unable to remove the bushes from the driveway because they didn't bring anything to do the work with - no cutters, shovels, etc. They only thing that was right was the removal of the flowerbed in the backyard.
