My vehicle was parked on the street next to a house that this lawn service was performing maintenance to. One of the lawn mowers struck my vehicle and caused about an 8 inch scratch down the door. I called the owner Randy (name and number I received from the customer of his lawn service) immediately and he was rude, would not take responsibility for damage. There was 5 men working on this yard and he did not attempt to question the employees or say he would research and get back to me...he simply stated "wasn't us, and you can take me to court if you want, but I'm not paying for anything". I asked for his last name, he wouldn't give it to me over the phone. He hung up on me and did not return my following message. I looked up the business license for this company on the state website, and it expired in 2010.
Description of Work: Did not receive services from this company, but did have an incident that resulted in property damage and horrible customer service.
