Took a laptop in for repairs but not only did they not repair it they made it worse. I had ask them to do some specific repairs but they were not done. Instead they wiped out software that I use daily. These guys are terrible. BEWARE

His first ten minutes are free. If he can fix it in ten minutes, he won't charge you anything. I thought that was good. He fixed my computer a couple of things. If I can get someone to fix my computer online, so I don't have to take it anywhere, I am a happy camper. He did this once. Unless it is something he can't fix on the spur of the moment, he will keep it overnight. Dan is the owner. He is very good.

I brought in two laptops for repair. One was repaired as asked for. The other they never called me with update on when the parts would came in after a month. And then I called them and they said they were still waiting for parts. A week later they called and said the parts were in and were going to work on them. A few days later they said they couldn't fix the computer and if I wanted to came back to pick it up. I did and I was charged for services and computer was in same shape as when I dropped it off.
