Description of Work: I use Costco pharmacy because they have the lowest prices in town. The pharmacy staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a prescription error in fourteen years of using Costco for my meds.

 + -1 moreThe optical shop got it wrong 3 times, that's 6 weeks of messing around with them. Asked and received a refund and took my business elsewhere.
Description of Work: I love Costco but have had bad luck with their optical shop. Spacificatly the one's in Anchorage. They try and sell me what I don't want, then when I asked to have them redone and wait two more weeks the glasses are still not right. I've been buying glasses for over 40 years and have never had as bad of service as my resent dealings with Costco Optical. But I love the rest of Costco, been shopping there for many years.

 + -1 moreWe came back a couple of times. The guy is always there and he fixes whatever the problem is. We don't have to have an appointment. We just walk in. I would definitely use them in the future. When we have problems with the hearing aids, there's Costco all over the place. They'll help me too. If we wanted the hearing aids cleaned, they did it for free. It's already paid for and it's already in the price.
Description of Work: We got my husband's hearing aids from Costco. Anytime, if there's anything doesn't work just exactly like it's supposed to, we take it Costco. They clean it and fix it if it's not working right. The last visit was to get new batteries. It has the rechargeable batteries and he lost one of them.

 + -1 moreI bought summer tires from Costco and included in the price was installation and balancing. Shortly after I drove away, the car started to shimmy so I took the car to my regular mechanic and he informed me that the tires were never balanced, just put on the car and sent back out to me. They said that they balanced them and that was all there was to it. I will never buy tires or any other automotive services from Costco. What a ripoff.

 + -1 moreThe people working there are very professional. They do a really good job. I like them all. Their prices are good. The pricing of Costco is a little more competitive than most companies.
Description of Work: I use the optometrist of Costco Optical and the last time that I went to see him was about 10 months ago.

 + -1 moreThey actually fill our animal's prescriptions there. We get our cat's thyroid medicine from them. They are very quick and efficient. They are very thorough with your medication. They go over everything with. The pharmacist is available if you have any questions.
