Clean Alaska

I first used C & S janitorial about 3 years ago and the two women that cleaned that apartment did a fantastic job. Last summer I called them again on another move out and when I came to look at the job it was as if no work had been done. There was still food on the ceiling, dirt on baseboards and walls and the ceiling fan was filthy. I called the owner and he was very apologetic. He sent 2 or 3 men back over with the 1 woman the next day to do the job again. This time they needed me to point out the dirt. Come on! When I went back to look again after telling them where the dirt was, there was still food on the ceiling in the EXACT same spot I had pointed out the first time. ENOUGH. I told the owner about this and he was very apologetic. Since I had such a good clean the first time I blew this off as we all know how hard it is to find people to work sometime. This month I had another move out so I called and the owner showed up to take a look and I pointed out what needed to be done. He wrote it down on the cleaning sheet and I thought he probably had new help by now. NOT SO. Another shoddy cleaning job was done and I complained to the owner. He seemed to be less than enthusiastic about my complaint this time but sent someone back to do it again. Bad choice on my part. It looked to me like the person sent back to clean intentionally caused more of a mess slopping a dirty rag around. I'm now also missing a $12 to $16.00 over the door coat hanger as well. In all fairness, their carpet cleaner is VERY good, but I wouldn't let the apartment cleaners anywhere near my property again without a police escort!

I spilled my coffee on my stairs and I couldn't get the stains out, C & S came and cleaned my stairs and did such a good job that I asked them to do my livingroom, but since I was by myself I couldn't move my furniture, they helped move it at no extra cost and gave me some cool advice on how to keep my smaller stains out of my carpet.
