They were honest, prompt and fair.

They did not fix the problem. The boiler had stopped working and they fixed it temporarily but it kept on leaking water. After that we had to have somebody else to fix it for us. We inquired about the money they charged us but they kind of got argumentative. We will not use them in the future.

They were ok. I would grade him an A. They always do good work.

They are just like every plumber. You can call them at any time and they send out somebody who is generally competent and are able to help you. I would use their services again in the future.

Foreman left Friday afternoon, and forgot to re-install cleanout cover. Sewage spilled in garage over weekend causing $2,500 plus damage to a CO Detector. Owner refused to pay for damage saying he needed to speak to foreman, but foreman was in jail on a repeat DWI, and wouldn't be out for months. We gave up trying to collect.

Circle is extremely expensive. For the amount we were billed for our project, we really could have went ahead and paid for a larger, more experienced company do the job and have the project at least look professional. We ended up with a subcontractor who did what he was told from Circle- no frills, no trim, complete project as cheap as possible. More importantly I was shocked to discover my project did not come with a municipal permit-even though this was included in the price. I don't recommend Circle if you intend on investing more than preventative maintenence.

This is the second time I had Circle come to my home for a repair, but the first time for a heating issue. I called in the morning and because I mentioned the boiler was operating intermittently, they said they could get someone to my home that morning. The technician called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. Upon arrival he listened to my description of the discrepancy and started to take a look at the boiler. After completing an inspection, boiler functioned correctly and he briefed my on the minor issue he found and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. Also, since I told him that I was a new homeowner, he took a few minutes to point out the key features of my boiler which was very helpful. Technician was courteous and to the point, a style I like, and wore covers over his boots to protect the inside of the house.

The company's office staff were courteous and knowledgable about the required services. They explained my responsibility for contacting the utility. I explained my request for specific materials and the office staff verified who would be responsible for supplying the materials. There was some confusion about the exact sequence of events aforehand with the customer coordination of the utility and company. This is reasonable given the unusual service event requiring the utility to turn off the house supply. The plumber arrived "promptly" upon notification that the utility had turned off the main supply. And by "promptly" I mean 10 minutes from the call to the office to the plumber walking through the door. The plumber was dressed professionally, cleanly and appropriately to the business. His demeanor, conduct and personality were excellent for his business and job. The plumber was fully equipped with all the required tools and supplies necessary for the required job. He installed very good quality materials and even capped the drain valve with a brass cap. This is a sign of a complete and quality professional job. The plumber notified me of his nearing completion of the job and advised me to contact the utility to regarding turning back on of the water. He advised me of the required sequence for turning back on the supply to the house. As the utility arrived within 5 minutes of requesting a turn on, the plumber stayed and executed the turn on sequence himself. There were NO problems with the work. I will be using this contractor again as required.

Plumber did not show up at the scheduled time. There was some scheduling miscommunication with the vendor. When I called, they apologized and sent someone over immediately. I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The time it took to install the faucett was very reasonable. Overall I am quite happy with my experience.
