 + -1 moreShortly after the cabinets were installed, we found one of the cabinets was defective. We photographed the defect and took a part that was defective to the owner of Cabinet Fever, Kurt Echols. I believe he said he would contact the factory about the problem. The cabinet has never been fixed. We have called, gone by his business, and talked to him at a home show here in Anchorage. He still has not responded.This week I sent him an e-mail, once again explaining the issues. I still have not received a response. I'm now in the market to replace a bathroom cabinet that will require custom construction but I won't be going back to Cabinet Fever.I would not recommend them due to their lack of follow up and customer service. Cabinet Fever's response is inaccurate. I NEVER agreed to install the part. It's more then just the part we brought to him. The photograph we gave him, shows the cabinet side is out of alignment. There is no logical reason I would repair something that is the responsibility of the supplier/installer. Joseph Austin
Description of Work: Several years ago we remodeled our kitchen. We purchased cabinets and installation from Cabinet Fever. I believe the cabinets installed cost us about $8000.00 or so.The cabinets were supplied by a manufacturer in the lower 48. I don't recall their name now.
