Very well. They are good at what they do.

It went ok but the fellow we dealt with was grouchy.

after calling for an estimate for work i don't think i will ever go to this place. I understand saying there is no warranty for bringing your own parts but to flat out say well i'm not going to put your parts on is ridiculous. I bought my parts the same way this establishment would vin number of vehicle matched the oem parts ordered the parts and made sure they are correct. Maybe the parts are another way to jack up the price to 1000 or more you know the good old excuse well we have to special order and ship up from the lower 48.

It went well. I heard from friends it was recommended.They met my expectation. They seem to do good work. They did some major services.

After a bit of a rocky start, Tom, the owner of Big O's called me personally to listen to my concerns and offered positive feedback, honest repair information and suggestions of alternatives that could help. I truly felt like my concerns were addressed in a positive and professional manner and expectations were realistic. I definitely recommend this company and felt like I was treated professionally and respectfully.

very positive on the first call. the lady who answered said they were pretty full but maybe service could get me in and transferred me. Service guy was also very upbeat and friendly. Said I could bring it in on Monday and they would get it in to look at. They had a little problem with the part order which took an extra day bit they did keep in contact with me. In the end it was all fixed up and works well. Thanks! ( we had a bad experience at the local Ford dealer the previous week. They gave us an appointment for a couple of days later in the week when we called. We took the car in and dropped it off. The guy who checked us in said he would look at it bit it was going to be a $95 charge just to look at it with their machine. When we called that evening to see if it was done they said that all of the service techs had a meeting that day and hadn't had a chance to look at it... they needed to keep it another day just to look at it. the following day at 4:00 pm they had still not looked at it so we picked the car up and went shopping for a new service provider) Thanks Big O for being friendly and timely with your repair service.

Multiple repairs all done well but they are very busy because they are so good so it may take a week or two to get an appointment for a complex problem. They are well known for consistantantly doing great work at a fair price

Dropped my truck off before work and explained the symptoms. They said they'd probably get to it that day but couldn't guarantee that -- fine by me, I understand troubleshooting. Got a call by lunchtime that they had fixed the truck by replacing two coil packs (dealer had replaced one). Skeptical that it was fixed that soon and it was that simple of a fix, I was pleasantly surprised that the truck ran PERFECTLY. Glad I decided to spend some money to get the truck actually fixed than deal with the idiots at Lithia. There have been reports of the guys there being short, to-the-point, or condescending. IMO, these guys knew their stuff, didn't waste time with conversation fluff, and asked directed questions directly related to actually trying to figure out what the problem was. I will continue to use this shop in the future. Prices are a little higher than the cheap-o shops, but you are getting billed actual quality labor hours. The higher prices pay off in this instance.

The best auto shop in town, also the cleanest you will ever see. They are very professional here and have always done a good job for me. I have had many , many repairs and tire changes done here over the years.

I made an appointment to have my car seen on Thursday, 22 August. On Monday, 26 August they reported still not looking at my car. We were told that a backlog of vehicles kept them from getting it in. Why bother making the appointment then; the assumption that I could go without a car for an extra few days is presumptuous at best. My real concern, though, is that they didn't fix the problem in its entirety. The radio still doesn't work. It's bound to be a simple fuse fix or something but negotiating a time to get the job fixed is bothersome. It wastes another day or more of my time while they try to squeeze it in. To their credit, and the rating reflects this, they have been responsive to my request that we reschedule and have the issue addressed post haste. They are genuinely concerned with the level of service they provide. My case is likely an anomoly and I can say with certainty that I'll be returning to Big O's. My car was finally finished on Wednesday, 28 August; I picked it up the next day because they didn't finish until late in the day. Better late than never.

The specified work was completed as discussed and the price was reasonable.The repair was delayed for half a day but was not an inconvenience for us. We got a lot done for $1000.

I've used Big O for almost 20 years. When I worked in human services, I used to send clients to Big O. They are honest--will tell you if the work is essential for safety, if it can wait, or if it's not worth putting money into the car--and they do good work. Most recently, I dropped the car off when I was going out of town to have a check engine warning cleared, and I picked the car when I came back.

On the evening of Feb. 4,2013, I lowered my (electric) driver side window. A few minutes later, when I wanted to close it, it would not go up. I was very frustrated as it was a cold evening. I wanted to get it fixed quickly, but figured it would take at least a couple of days. A friend had referred me to Big O Automotive before, but I had never used them. I called them on the morning of Feb. 5th and was told to bring my car right in and I would have it back that very afternoon. My car was in the shop for less than 5 hours!! I was so impressed! The customer service was amazing!! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will take my car to Big O Automotive from now on and refer them to my family and friends.

I went into get a pre-buyers inspection. The place is very clean. There is free popcorn coffee and snacks while you wait on your vehicle. The customer service was GREAT. It took about an hour. The service manager was very informative and helped me understand the problems with the vehicle. He let me know how much it would cost to repair the vehicle.

After having my SUV in the shop three times in the last nine months for so-called tune-up's I felt it was time to change service providers. I looked on Angie's List to see what I could find. After reading every review on them,I decided to take the chance. I'm glad I did!! Big O's found the problem (low-end, cheap parts). They did their job efficiently and quickly! I found them to be knowledgeable, dependable and professional! My former mechanic lost a customer. Big O's gained one. Excellent experience!!!

I was told about the shop by a friend who is very knowledgeable in the car department and felt that good work was done in this shop. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area. The cost was very reasonable, much less than I expected. I also felt that they gave me honest feedback about the oil leak on my 11 year old car. My only thing that I would do next time is get more of an definite idea of when the car would be ready. Seems to me it took longer than expected since I had mad an appointment.

If you take your car in for an oil change, they don't call you saying, "Oh you need this, oh you need that." They don't do the work unless you give the okay.

Big O's did the job quickly and efficiently. I had to take my jeep to one other repair shop for more exhaust work, and when it wasn't done properly, Big O's went in and fixed someone else's mistake. They have earned my loyalty.

Big Os Automotive took a while to get the work done. They kept the car an extra day over the promised completion. We took both our cars there and one part wasn't reconnected properly on my son's car.

They were honest and were on time. My overall experience with them has been excellent.

They do a really good job. They are dependable.

They were great. I would definitely use them again.
