The young lady that helped clean that day seemed a little under the weather to boot, but she toughed it out. Probably wasn't their best work given the circumstances, but we'd have them back. + -1 moreMy fiancee was offered her dream job in a new city out of the blue. Because she had to report to work in two weeks everything about our move was very rushed. We weren't sure if we were going to be able to find someone to take over our lease until almost the very last minute. We contacted BDI cleaning to see if they could fit our job into their schedule. They were able to schedule our cleaning around the movers on just a few days notice. Their rates were very reasonable and the new tenants were very impressed with the job they did. We communicated with them by phone, texts and emails, and Justin always responded quickly no matter the medium we used. I highly recommend BDI Cleaning Service. We had a wonderful experience with them.
Description of Work: BDI cleaned the apartment we moved out of top to bottom before the new tenants took possession.

+ -1 moreHe told me he was going to be there and then called and gave an accuse and that happen a couple of times. Then when he did finally come but it didn't look like he had done anything. I complained and he said he did do the work. I will say for the third time he came I said once I could tell anything had been done and he said since he couldn't make me happy he wouldn't take the last payment.

+ 1 moreThis young man talked so long on this interview/visit that he really didn't leave much time to clean my floors, which was what I needed. Then he only did a mediocre job. Actually, he didn't follow my instructions so the floors weren't really "cleaned" at all. He just moved all the dust, grass and dog hair around with his broom (which I asked that he not use), then used my steamer which created dirty smudges on my tile. Perhaps this extremely nice young man should stick to cleaning vacant homes for builders.
Description of Work: My goal was to get my house cleaned, at least partially, primarily the floors.

Description of Work: I needed a cleaning company to clean a vacant rental property within the next 48 hours for a new renter. I had never used them before. They stepped up to the job and did the house cleaning. They did a good job. The owner is a male that is technology proficient so we emailed instructions and bills. He had another male and a female assist him. They cleaned floors, dusted walls, BI's, cleaned/polished doors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, entire bathrooms, wood blinds, appliances, etc. . They use environmentally conscious cleaning agents that left the house smelling clean. As they get more experience working together, they will know what jobs are assigned to what person so there will be no confusion on who did what room. I was thankful for their ability to fit me into their schedule as I was under the gun and they also just charged me a fair price for doing so.

+ 2 moreAfter a few unhappy experiences with other companies in the area. I took another chance and selected BDI Cleaning Service. Here is a few bullets of my experience. I called early morning and the account manager came out and provide me a quote based on my square footage. They were very professional On Time Licensed and insured but the Owner told us they had a zero tolerance policy on theft...that was reassuring since they were in every part of our home! Efficient...they never stopped working...for 4.5 hours! I finally feel like I had a service performed by a company who delivered on their word. Everything was done...I didn't have to follow them around checking or watching their every move. (Like with other companies) Thorough is the best word I can think of to describe this company...they did everything they said they would do...AND gave me a Customer Checklist which was signed by me and their employee to confirm I was happy with their service If you want your property cleaned by professionals use "BDI CLEANING SERVICE!!!!" The Owner followed up the next day to confirm I was happy...I had promised to provide a review but totally forgot. The account manager, called me today to see if I needed any more cleaning done and reminded to complete survey. I was not going to end my day without letting folks in Corpus know about this awesome company. Last comment: They were not the cheapest (Been there, done that, Got burned, Never Again) but the money was absolutely worth it...I have already schedule them for my holiday cleaning.
Description of Work: (This was pulled from their website, but I also witnessed this level of detail...and after they were done, they provided me a Customer Acceptance Checklist which listed everything they did and was signed by the employee. THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! Detailed Service Performed: Deep Cleaning of a 2500 SQft home priced at 4.5 hrs Ceiling fans, floor & ceiling vents and return covers will be cleaned; Cabinets and drawers will be cleaned and vacuumed inside and out Woodwork: doors, trim, cabinets, closet shelves, bookshelves, handrails and moldings will be wiped down Lamp and lamp shades (dusted) Cushions in sofas or chairs will be lifted, vacuumed and cleared of debris Picture frames (dusted) Hardwood Furniture (dusted and polished) Horizontal surfaces including counter tops will be wiped clean Mirrors, porcelain surfaces and chrome fixtures will be cleaned and disinfected Bathroom fixtures including sinks, toilets, urinals, showers and tubs will be cleaned and disinfected Kitchen sink, counter tops and back splash will be cleaned as well as dishwasher unloaded Wastebaskets emptied and relined Debris removal Interior/Exterior of frost free refrigerators and self-cleaning ovens as well as surface cleaning of range tops, hoods and microwaves will be wiped clean.
