This is a great business! Francisco, the owner, came out to provide a free quote for indoor painting the day after I called. Within an hour of leaving the house he provided a quote to my email. I had some questions regarding services and he responded to those promptly and respectfully within the same business day. After signing, his crew promptly started working on the house and they were done within 3 days. Their attention to detail was far and beyond what I expected. They even offered to paint behind my appliances, something no other company offered. Not only were they prompt but they left the house cleaner than when they came. I did have carpets installed after they had finished which caused scuffing to their work, Franciso came and assessed himself and by the next business day the touch ups were complete. I cannot stress what a wonderful process this has been. They have been absolutely respectful, professional, and prompt. I wholeheartedly recommend using this business.

Aurora was patient, kind and responsive to the myriad of questions I had prior to awarding them the bid to repaint my house. The crew showed up and worked 10-14h days to complete the work accurately, professionally and communicated often. The finished project has already gathered several positive responses from neighbors at the color selection and quality of work. Definitely recommend Aurora and will use them for future projects.

The owner is honest, efficient, offering reasonable price and good quality service, we had another estimate from another company their attitude toward customer service is not great, price is unreasonable, that is why I google search found Aurora . Thanks for their community service , as most citizens are struggle financially, a reasonable price , ( instead of too much profit ) will bring blessings to the company. Heaven is waiting for all of us and watching what we do!

Francisco- the owner of Aurora Service- is hands-down the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. I am so impressed by him and his crew I will never hire another contractor again if I have any work in the scope that his team can accomplish. After I posted my job description on Thumbtack looking for a contractor to renovate my rental property, he contacted me within an hour and came to meet me on the job site that very night. He wrote up an informal estimate on the spot and provided me a professional, formal, written estimate with timeframe and contract the next morning. He is honest and very competitively priced. I signed the contract and he started work that very day. His crew worked late into the night many days to finish the entire remodeling job in two weeks (and would have finished earlier except for some surprises that came up in the work along the way). He sent me progress reports with photos of the work every day. He provided me nice samples of products to choose from for flooring and picked up all the materials and supplies for everything. After working with so many contractors in the business I cannot say enough good about him. He and his crew went the extra mile and repaired bad dishwasher plumbing they discovered while refinishing the cabinets without charge. Their work is exceptional and professional. Everything I hired them to do was done to the highest standard. They left the job site clean and on time. I will hire Aurora Service for all my renovation needs (which are many) and plan to keep them working for me for a long time.
