I hate to write bad reviews, especially about people who we have found to be generally very nice folks to deal with, but unfortunately Attractive Landscape Services hasn't left us with much of a choice; and we want to make sure that anyone on Angie's List who considers hiring them is aware of our experience. In May of 2013, Rob of Attractive Landscape came over to our house and met with us initially to review our landscaping project, then again at the end of June 2013. After several discussions, and agreeing that we wanted to move forward with the work, he said he would schedule our home landscaping project on their calendar at the end of August 2013. In mid-July we emailed them just to make sure we were still on the schedule, but we never heard anything, which at the time was not a big deal, we just figured they were busy with outside projects during the nice summer. The first week of August, we called and left a message on their answering machine asking them once again to confirm our landscaping project. Since that time, over the next couple of weeks, we called several times and left voice messages, but we never got any sort of response. We are left confused and highly disappointed because we had planned and budgeted to move forward with the work several months ahead of time. Attractive Landscape has been unresponsive and unprofessional. Once again, we would like to emphasize that our experience in terms of dealing with Rob and Attractive Landscape has been that they are very nice people, but unfortunately, the total lack of response and the inability to get a hold of anyone there has been unsatisfactory.

We couldn't be happier with the job Rob did for us. The fence is beautiful and built to last. A big step above the average contractor: he's a craftsman and an artist. Highly recommended.

He did a great job and is a meticulous carpenter. The work is not only very sturdy it is beautiful! His trademark halibut on the fence gate is so 'alaskan' too. We couldn't be happier with the work.

Job was done promptly and looks great! Very professional.

Service was fantastic. Contractor used Google Sketchup to create very accurate graphical representations of the completed work to show us before we signed the contract. Work was timely and professional. Great business and a great group of employees.

He was reasonable, he gave me ideas, and he I was pleased with his design. He did it quick and it turned out really well. I thought he was professional and he was a good communicator. They worked clean and I thought they were a good value. They worked hard and were conscientious of our dogs not getting out.
