+ -1 moreIt went VERY well. Eric was able to do the repairs just the way the engineer suggested and in a timely manner before winter. He jacked up the tresses and applied new support at the apex of , not only the broken tresses, but all the tresses in the roof. Then he fixed the baffles, added a large vent, and had more insulation blown into the ceiling. Finally they fixed the cracks in the ceiling and painted everything very nicely. This should not only fix the problem, but prevent it from happening in the future too. I am so very relieved.
Description of Work: Due to huge snowfall last winter, 5 tresses in my roof seperated at the apex, and my ceiling was falling in. It was a big deal and both the insurance company, an engineering company, and the mortgage company were involved.
