+ -1 moreMy yard was DESTROYED by Arctic Green, LLC. I signed a work order covering the scope of work, which was ALL on the ground. Yet the workers HACKED off over 100 (literally - I counted) tree branches from the 18 trees in my yard. This obliterated the privacy the lower branches provided, destroyed the look and feel of my yard which I had cultivated for 15 years, ruined the view from my kitchen, dining room, and living room, and wrecked the cover for the birds. When confronted the workers laughed a half-hearted ?Sorry.? Having done irreparable damage to my trees their ?fix? was to plant a few scrawny 1-foot high bushes. Maybe in 4-5 years they might provide privacy, but nothing like the trees did. They did, at my request, plant a few more things to try and mitigate the damage and salvage some sense of my yard, but the reality is the only way to get my yard back is to chop everything down and start again. With this level of damage you would think the owner would contact me directly but no. Even after I sent a letter expressing my dissatisfaction, I was never contacted by the owner and I was charged the full amount for the ?job.?
Description of Work: Clean up flower bed. Put down dirt to even out yard. Put down new weed blocker. Put in new edging. Put in mulch. Plant two new bushes.
