+ -1 moreThey were contracted to provide snow removel for Riviera Terrace MHP. They had neither the equipment, manpower or expertise to do the work.

+ -1 moreOverall a poor job. Lot's of problems because the plow drivers lacked experience and the owners lacked the integrity to admit they were in over their heads and hire better drivers with better equipment.
Description of Work: They were hired to plow snow for our neighborhood.They did not have enough equipment.They did not show up very quickly after a snow storm.They ALWAYS showed up quickly on a light snow & charged full price for 1 inch but couldn't show up and do a good job when we got 3 or 4 inches.They were rude to people and left piles all over that could easily have been moved out ot the way.HOPE TO NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN!

+ 0 moreThis company failed dismally to perform the services required. Failed to perform in a timely fashion or days late on heavy snowfalls. Drivers were not skilled or supervised. Failed to follow instructions. Failed to perform complete service on several occasions, causing streets to be congested with snow bound vehicles. Did not maintain streets and culdesacs in a professional manner allowing little room for emergency vehicles. They were ill-equipped, unskilled and very unreliable. Use this company at your own risk. I can not comment on their landscaping abilities.
Description of Work: Company was to plow all streets and culdesacs in Riviera Terrace Mobile Home Park..Snow plowing was to commence at 2" to 4" accumulation starting at 7:00am.All snow was to piled in designated areas, but not within 5' of any structure.When snow areas reached maximum capacity company was to remove snow to designated collection site.Company was to sand streets either on call or when hazardous conditions warranted.Street width was to be maintained to allow access by emergency services.
