The technicians came on site and told me I noticed the switch humming because the pump never shut off. They thought it was getting louder over time from holes in my well pipe that were causing my pump to have to work harder and harder as the corrosion got worse. They were correct and pulled the corroded pipe out and replaced it with PVC in a couple hours. My house water pressure has improved and the loud humming has stopped. Good service and very responsive. I wish it was cheaper but installing '140 of new pipe in a well isn't something that could have been done quicker or by less skilled technicians.

They tested the system and found that the run capacitor was leaking, changed the control box, the pressure gauge and pressure switch. They found that there was a grounding problem, and replaced one of the wires from the junction box to the well, then set the pressure tank to the proper pressure. They did this in a timely fashion, answered questions courteously, and provided information about the system.

We noticed that our water pump was running continuously so we called this company and they showed up within a couple hours. Due to the complexity of the job, they had to return the following business day. They were conscious of trying to avoid working overtime which saved us some money. They knew what they were doing. They did their work quickly and professionally.

Easy from start to finish. Ultimately, he was not able to solve the problem I was having, as it was related to my water softener not the well or pump, but he performed some needed maintenance and showed me how to do it myself next time.

They helped with trouble shooting the reason for running out of water. Hydro fracing probably did not need to be done but it was mychoice to try to increase water output, which it did. They were good about returning calls an answering my questions even after the work was completed. I still call them with questions, the owner calls me back when I have a question.
