Very friendly guy working with his son..
Description of Work: The springs were bad and the cables were frayed. He came out and replaced both. After everything was replaced noticed the board was bad he didn’t have one on his lyrics went home to get it and brought it back and showed us how to install no charge.. Thank you

I had a heavy door and AMERICAN OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR REPAIR stated the existing broken spring was actually not rated for the weight of the door. He went to get heavier springs with no additional cost. I had both springs replaced. Knowledgeable. Responsive. Fast. Professional. Great work.

Shayne was at our house within two hours after I placed the call. He did a great job and the cost for the repair was more than honest . In addition to replacing the spring he corrected some wiring and did some reinforcement since the door was loud upon opening and closing. Anyone needing repair work on their door could not go wrong by hiring Shayne with American Overhead. Highly recommended!!!

I have 2 bad tenants who left properties in extremely poor shape including non-operating garage doors. one garage door he changed the broken chain , reset the spring and gave me a remote for $240. another garage door , he replaced one spring and 2 remotes for $275. he always complete his work in 1-2 days.

He found a bent roller plate, removed it, hammered it out and re-installed it. I called him on Monday and he was here on Tuesday. He made a few other adjustments and gave the door a clean bill of health.
Description of Work: A home inspector gave a less than stellar report on our garage door opener. Shayne came out and inspected the door.
