 + -1 moreI posted a review yesterday after being so rudely treated by management officer Kelly. I was asked by a friend to contact a different manager/owner. I did so and he apologized for the poor handling by Kelly, he listened to my concerns and agreed to cut the fee to a more reasonable amount for the work done. Since the matter was resolved to my satisfaction I felt I needed to update my review.

 + -1 moreWe had our home inspected prior to this appointment and found our head bolt heater had no power. I called Alcan as they had been recommended by a friend. The person on the phone listened to my problem and asked if I would be home that day. He told me an electrician could be to our house in an hour and he was there in approximately 40 minutes. The electrician, Todd, was professional, knowledgable and thorough. He found that our breaker had only been tripped and had it fixed within 20 minutes ( total time at our house). It may have been a small fix but I appreciate how fast their response time was and they treated me very respectfully. Remember to always check your breakers before anything electrical is done! It might be able to save you some money.
