The crew who did the work were AWESOME. They showed up on time, went to work immediately, worked until the job was completed, and cleaned up after themselves. Their efficiency and work ethic was delightful to see, especially in these times when some people tend to do a half-a** job instead of taking pride in their work. I asked a couple of questions while they were working and they answered my questions immediately and thoroughly. I will ALWAYS give a high recommendation and reference for this company and its employees and should I need more work done in the future, they will be the first company I will contact.

Cliff was very courteous and quick to respond, even though he was on vacation when I initially called for an estimate. He kept my number and called me promptly when he was back in town. We scheduled a time for an estimate and within a couple days my project was complete. I'm very pleased with Cliff and the work performed.

Cliff came out and initially made arrangements with my daughter regarding the work to be done on my home. The work included cleaning existing gutters and installing new gutters and downspouts. Cliff had his crew change the location of the downspout on the back of my house because he thought this would be a better solution to the problem of rainwater pooling around the foundation of my home. However, I didn't like the look of the downspout in the the new location and called Cliff to request that they return and change it. Cliff got back to me right away and was back the next week to make the change I requested. The new gutters and downspouts look beautiful and work great. I am very happy with the quality of the materials and the installation and I highly recommend this business.

I contacted the owner mid July for an estimate. He arrived on time for the appointment and we went over the site and established the scope of the project. He took the measurements and and made a proposal which I accepted. He advised me that they were about 6 weeks out on their workload, so we agreed that the work would be completed by Sept. 20. On the morning of Sept 2nd he called and advised me that he had a window for his crew that day if that was acceptable to us. It was and his two person crew arrived promptly and performed their work very efficiently completing the project in about 4 hr. We are satisfied customers.

Made contact. They came out and provided an estimate. They came in within the price we were willing to pay. They got the bid. They came out and installed gutter and down spout.

I contacted Alaska Streamline Gutters after two neighbors had their gutters installed by this company and highly recommended them. Cliff came out and provided an estimate which was lower than the others I had recieved. It was important to me they did not hire temporary workers to do the install because quality generally suffers. Cliff assured me they perform the work themselves to keep the quality of work up to his standard. We went with steel because of the overall strength of the steel vs aluminum. The only downside of the project was the wedges, which allow gutters to be level, could not be ordered in steel so the gutters have a slight reveal on the back side. Cliff offered to take the steel back and re-order aluminum if I wasn't happy with the look of the gutter. They installed the first section on the back of the garage so we could make sure it looked ok without the wedges. The gutter looked fine so they completed the job on the rest of the house and it looks great. They believe in customer satisfaction and it shows in the work. I have hired many contractors over the years and Alaska Streamline Gutters is one of the very best and I would highly recommend them.
