installed 4 closets 1 was well done, 2 the bear minimum at an outragus price, an 1 a complete screw up,rather than focusing on maximum profit and installing a 19 or 24 in closet,a 14 in closet was installed ,very disappointed thought we where dealing with pros instead of using the ample space we had 27in, a 14 in deed closet was instaled,inferrer materials for the price.

It is unfortunate that (removed member name) did not make himself available during the design process and meetings with his wife. The 3 dimensional designs were created, presented and approved by his wife after a number of meetings. (removed member name) was never present. We installed the same material in (removed member name) prior home, so he was well aware of the quality of our material. We stand by our material 100% and have a lifetime guarantee. (removed member name)made assumptions regarding what he thought the closet should look like after we special ordered the material and installed it. He did not participate in any part of the design process and was not the one who approved the designs. The depth of the master closet was the issue. We installed our standard 14" depth material based on his wife's approval. His wife visited our showroom and we physically showed her the various depths we had to offer. She chose a 24" depth for her daughter's system and the 14" depth for her master closet. Once the closet was installed, Mr. Hanson felt it didn't look substantial enough and that we should have taken it upon ourselves to assume he wanted a 19" deep or 24" deep system. We explained that the additional depth would have cost more and not have provided enough additional storage to justify the cost. However, if this was discussed prior to approving the design and ordering the material, we would gladly install a system of any depth per our customer's request. Although we did nothing wrong throughout this entire process, our goal is to make sure that our clients are happy. We could not assume the cost of removing the closet, redesigning it and installing it again. Had the mistake been ours, we would have gladly done the above and assumed the entire cost. In good faith, we are providing some additional materials per (removed member name) wife's request at no additional charge. (removed member name) was very happy with the product and never had a negative thing to say during the whole process. We have a great reputation, provide a quality product.
