+ -1 moreNot well.....the tech was a "parts replacer" whether they are needed or not After working with the pc myself after he left I discoverered what the problem was myself ( a very simple fix)
Description of Work: After a brief exam on my pc, he informed me I would need a new hard drive. He also deleted a security program without consulting with me.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied with the quality and knowledge of the technician. Due to my time constraints he took both the new computer and old CPU to the shop and transferred all the files after cleaning up junk files and unwanted sites. He returned to my home and completely set up the new system, recommended and set up new virus software. While he was here he also cleaned up and fined tuned anther desk top computer in my home. He was here for 3 hours and his price was very reasonable considering all the work that was required. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to anyone else. Thanks Morgan
Description of Work: Removed files from old computer, transferred them to new computer and set the new computer up. Installed virus protection, new software, and set up automatic weekly backups.

+ -1 moreThese folks are very professional and very smart. I can't imagine using anyone else. Morgan comes to my home, sits at a table, and just takes care of everything.
Description of Work: Once a year, for the past three years, Morgan has come out and cleaned up my computers, taken care of viruses, updated everything, etc. Last year I bought a new computer and her transferred all the information from the old hard drive to the new one.

+ -1 moreIf you need to replace parts, he'll get them for you with your ok. Will let you know exadtly what is wrong. If you need to have all your programs reinstalled, he can also do that, but will cost more. Just leave the programs with him. Can tell you if you have hardware or software glitz and make suggestion on what you need.
Description of Work: They came out to house within 24 hours of a call to them. They will take computer to their shop, repair and let you know what the problem is. Morgan may be able to tell you exactly what he thinks may be wrong with it before he leaves the house. He'll repair and bring it back in to your house. Will check and make sure all is working properly before he leaves your house and will help you with any questions. Each time I have called Morgan out, I either had software or handware problem that needed replacement. Never had a virus problem because I have many programs to ID them, and avoid. Morgan has built this computer from ground up when major problems occur. If you need to have work done on your computer and want it done right the first time, this is the place to go.
