Airstream Duct Cleaning

When we made contact, chimney sweeping went fine. However, we have called and emailed several times and Airstream Duct Cleaning simply does not respond. This is very frustrating and not good customer service. We will take our business elsewhere (if we can find another chimney sweep!).

We don't use our fireplace all that often each year and it had been 19 years since we last had it checked. I reviewed the options on Angie's List and didn't see any that would work for us, so went to the Internet. I had a limited window of time slots open for the chimney sweeps to do the work. This company was available in the narrow window. They arrived on time and did the work in a short time. They were expecting a mess and were pleasantly surprised that the fireplace chimney was in such great condition with almost no residue in the chimney. They were nice, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, but they said good chance we wouldn't need any work for another 19 years.
