Description of Work: Brian was the technician that came, He was very efficient with dealing with the problem that we had with our refrigerator.. He fixed the problem as best he could. He recommended we may look into getting a new refrigerator but did a good job so that our refrigerator is still doing well. When placing the call for service he was able to come the same day. He was most pleasant and explained everything he was doing in language I could understand. I was very happy with the service and the charge for his service was most reasonable.

Description of Work: Supplied parts for refrigerator after I diagnosed problem. They have been around forever, and if yo can deal with the language barrier (Korean) they can come up with the part at retail prices.

+ -1 moreGetting warranty work done on a microwave oven is not worth the effort.
Description of Work: The cost was for the service call. It took some time to convince Brian that my microwave was made by LG even though it was labeled Goldstar (their old brand). Then he required the original receipt to replace the magnatron under the warranty. After six years I could not find the paper so did not have the work done. It would have cost as much as a new unit. ACE has repaired a washing machine for me previously and did a fine job.

+ -1 moreI brought the microwave in and explained the problem. Later that day they called and gave me the estimate.The next day they called and said it was fixed!
Description of Work: They repaired an expensive $740 Wolf convection microwave that a Sears repairman said was too expensive to repair.Turns out there were two minor things wrong, and they were fixed in one day!
