Roger, their estimator, was extremely rude and condescending when dealing with him. The fence is adequate, but it is just a commodity, so you can have any other outfit build one for you just the same. I say go with someone else. I prefer to work with people that are professional and respectful.

AAA fence provided great customer service throughout the whole process. From the moment they did the estimate until the fence was finished. They did quality work and the fence looks fantastic!

I called AAA for an estimate on a fence project and an estimator came out on May 9th to look at my project. Very nice guy and no problems. He took all the information and said he would get back to me within a week or so. I didn't receive any communication regarding my estimate until June 5th. Don't mind waiting and being busy is understandable, but no communication for almost a month is unprofessional in my opinion.

Contacted these folks in April to get an estimate for my fence repair due to wind damage last Fall. Had to wait till the snow melted, which made sence. Once the estimater came out, he did a good job of checking the site, providing guidance and advise. Then we committed to the job, which in turn they accepted my credit card in payment. It took approximately one month for them to come in and finish the job. They followed up and were excessable at all times. Very professional. Though it didn't happen as fast as I wanted, the quality is there and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. a

I phoned and left a message to get an estimate and my phone call wasn't returned I had to call them several time's before they set me up for an estimate appt. They gave us an estimate and said they wouldn't be able to do the work for several week's. Surprisinly they acctually showed up a few day's later and set the post and returned a few day's later to put up the chain link.

Scheduling and responsiveness were excellent throughout the process. What impressed me most was the way they dealt with a snafu in the installation. Posts were initially installed along the old fence line rather than the new survey line, which I had surveyed in preparation for the installation. The old fence line was inside my property more than it needed to be. When I told AAA about this, prior to installing the slats, they quickly came out and reinstalled posts in the proper place. Their goal was clearly to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the final product. I think some companies might have balked at the extra work; the way AAA handled it is a clear sign of their professionalism.

The overall experience was excellent. Roger from AAA was very friendly, professional and punctual and came out when promised and and wrote an initial estimate, then went back and re-measured and wrote a 2nd estimate when we found that our property lines were different from where we thought they were. Our new fence had to be constructed following the rules of our homeowner's association, Roger was very knowlegeable regarding these rules and requirements. I always received a phone call notifying me of the construction status and letting me know when workers would be at my location. The fence is completed now and we are extremely happy with the results. I would recommend AAA fence company to anyone looking for the best quality and great service and at a great price.

Not good, could not establish an estimate as AAA Fence "was too busy".

Contacted company and salesperson Roger measured, diagrammed and discussed the specs of the fence. He submitted a bid, including drawing and all specs. We had to clear some tall grass and brush from the perimeter. The fence was installed by a crew as specified and debris was taken away. After they left, there was a detail that we had discussed which wasn't done.(gate stop in concrete) Roger came by right away and completed it himself. The work was done professionally and we are pleased.
