Description of Work: They did nothing even tho contract was signed. Many excuses offered, nothing done. I cancelled the contract and my down payment was returned.

Description of Work: I just called to get an estimate to adjust one wooden fence door. An appointment date was set for this Thurs. I asked for the estimated cost and was told that just to come out would cost $800. I asked if they had lost their minds and cancelled the appointment. I told him that I would go pull on the door myself. Grandma

Description of Work: They came out and fixed one of my boards that broke though the winter and the patch that would not latch. Came out as soon as I called and fixed it perfect.

+ -1 moreSlight confusion as to when they would arrive to start work as it didn't match what I was originally told but after I called, the correct schedule was conveyed. The did a great job installing new gates and appear to be very strong. Only time will tell. Overall while it seemed expensive, I will go with the fact that you get what you pay for.

+ -1 moreTheir service was great, but would say that their communication was not stellar. Also, their completion date was delayed by a couple of weeks. In terms of their quality, they did do very good work.
